Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate national and international shipments from dispatch to delivery using dedicated tracking tools.
- Identify and resolve transport incidents such as delays, losses, or damages in collaboration with carriers and clients.
- Organize Return to Origin (RTO) transports and supplier returns.
- Assist the customer service department in managing transport-related disputes.
- Provide necessary information and documents to customer service for claims processing.
- Facilitate communication between customer service and carriers to negotiate solutions.
- Participate in meetings with customer service to discuss ongoing disputes and propose resolutions.
- Verify carrier invoices and prepare payment requests.
- Develop performance tracking reports for carriers.
- Analyze transport data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure shipment compliance with current regulations (safety, environment) and implement corrective actions.
- Actively participate in transport process improvement projects.
- Conduct competitive intelligence on transport practices.
- Identify and propose improvements to optimize transport processes and reduce costs.
- Research and propose AI-based solutions to enhance service performance.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Bac +4/5) in Business School, University, or equivalent.
- Interest in Transport, Logistics, and Supply Chain domains.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience required, suitable for students seeking a gap year or end-of-study internship.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's program in progress.
