Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the accurate reception, reliability, and integration of partner brand data into the company's information systems.
- Coordinate stock transfers across departments, particularly during key events such as staff sales, and ensure meticulous tracking.
- Actively participate in the performance management of the Supply Chain, focusing on stock management.
- Contribute to the enhancement of existing processes and assist in the development of the Supply department.
- Provide operational support to the Transport team, including daily tracking of client delivery statuses, supplier deliveries, and quotations, as well as updating tracking tables.
- Research and propose AI-based solutions to optimize service performance.
Qualifications
- Final-year student from a leading engineering or business school.
- Previous experience in a high-growth environment or consultancy preferred.
