Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to assist in managing product delivery.
- Draft and specify Jira tickets, translating functional needs and identified improvements into clear, detailed, and actionable tickets for development teams.
- Ensure the lifecycle management of tickets, from initial conception to delivery, ensuring development teams understand specifications.
- Participate actively in Agile rituals, contributing to the identification and communication of inconsistencies, duplicates, or clarification needs.
- Support the QA team by conducting functional tests of new features before production to ensure compliance with specifications and quality.
- Document and track anomalies or bugs encountered during testing until resolved.
- Assist in drafting, updating, and organizing product documentation within Confluence, ensuring clarity and comprehensiveness.
- Conduct regular competitive intelligence on luxury e-commerce shopping experiences and technological innovations to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Bac+4/5) in business, engineering, or equivalent, with a specialization in product management, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level, suitable for students or recent graduates.
Education
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
