Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide user support at Level 1 and 2.
  • Prepare equipment in collaboration with HR for new hires and departures.
  • Onboard new employees on IT tools and best practices.
  • Manage user accounts across various applications.
  • Act as the point of contact for suppliers and service providers in relevant domains, including hardware suppliers and service providers for WiFi and firewall equipment, as well as fiber line providers.
  • Interface with the LVMH Group's IT department, which manages some of the services.
  • Support the management of the IT and telephony infrastructure of 24S.
  • Research and propose AI-based solutions to enhance service performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Ideally, some initial experience in IT support.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, iOS, macOS. Familiarity with Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint. Experience with Slack, Zoom, Teams. Knowledge of ITSM Jira. Strong interpersonal skills. Attention to detail, curiosity, and a pragmatic service-oriented mindset. Ability to learn quickly. Autonomous and proactive.

Experience

Entry-level position, suitable for candidates with some initial experience in IT support.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
