Role & Responsibilities
- Establish bank reconciliations across multiple currencies.
- Record foreign exchange transactions and align cash pooling accounts.
- Manage and account for fixed assets and depreciation.
- Reconcile inter-company accounts.
- Justify various debtor and creditor accounts.
- Manage supplier payment schedules and expense reports.
- Collaborate with the Chief Accountant in preparing annual accounts and tax returns.
- Prepare audit files for external auditors.
- Prepare fiscal declarations including VAT, DEB, DES, C3S, CFE, CVAE.
- Manage French and European VAT submissions, including monthly CA3 and OSS.
- Coordinate US Sales Tax declarations and local state registrations.
- Invoice Trade Marketing operations.
- Reconcile sales against cash and manual refunds.
- Monitor e-commerce platform receipts (Stripe, PayPal).
- Analyze and control monthly aged balances.
- Record inventory entries (accruals, prepayments).
- Manage dispute resolutions.
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting (DCG/DSCG) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an accounting firm or corporate environment.
