Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor operational performance across various departments including Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, and Merchandising.
- Prepare departmental expenditure tracking files.
- Analyze variances against budget and revised forecasts.
- Update weekly and monthly analytical dashboards and KPIs.
- Participate in the forecasting process for Budget and Strategic Plan development.
- Conduct ad-hoc and recurring analyses as requested by management.
- Analyze dashboards covering sales, margin rates, by market, brand, and country.
- Assist in the monthly closing process.
- Analyze and record payments and fraud.
- Research and propose AI-based solutions to optimize departmental performance.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in a business school, university, or engineering program.
- Strong numerical and IT tool proficiency.
Skills
Experience
Initial experience in financial or accounting departments is preferred.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in business, finance, or engineering.
