Role & Responsibilities

  • Record and account for supplier invoices, including general expenses and goods.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure follow-up on reminders.
  • Justify third-party accounts and perform reconciliations.
  • Monitor and account for expense reports.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Organize and archive documents periodically.
  • Take on additional responsibilities based on individual profile.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a DCG, DSCG, or Master's in Accounting, Control, and Audit (CCA) or enrolled in a business school.
  • Previous experience in accounting.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.

Experience

Entry-level experience in accounting is required.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in accounting or business-related field.
