What Integration Provides

Automatic job publishing: Roles approved within your ATS are published to Cerulean automatically, without requiring a separate posting step.

Candidate flow: Applications received through Cerulean are routed directly into your ATS candidate pipeline, in the correct job requisition, without manual intervention.

Status synchronisation: When a role closes in your ATS, it closes on Cerulean. Your job listing inventory is always accurate.

Analytics attribution: Applications sourced through Cerulean are attributed correctly within your ATS reporting, enabling accurate source-of-hire analysis.
